Rowing at Hutchins is a successful but demanding sport. The Boat Club aims to develop rowers (which includes both oarsmen and coxes) to be proficient in the sport and hopes that all rowers will develop a love of rowing, will develop their own skills and strengths to their potential and will wish to take rowing to a further level beyond school.

Resources available for rowers, families and all interested in rowing at Hutchins include:

·         A comprehensive Rowing Handbook

·         The current season calendar 

·         Registration forms for both the Boat Club and Rowing Tasmania

·         Current season information on contacts, training times etc.

Any boy interested in rowing should talk to a rowing liaison master, and/or contact the Boat Club by email to rowing@hutchins.tas.edu.au
